QUEST Program conducted its third Social Cohesion workshop with the participation of (35) persons representing different business owners and their staff, and DSPR board and staff. The workshop included training on issues related to problems solving and decision making within the various companies’ staff and management. It highlighted the following topics: 1- What is a problem? 2- What are the sequences that is occurred due to a problem in work environment? 3- What are the problems that might occur in the work environment? 4- Problem solving strategies. 5- How problem solving and decision making might affect your business? 6- The positive impact on problem solving and taking the right decision. 7- The difference between decision making or taking it. Different exercises, on problem solving and decision making took place where participants enjoyed and interacted recreational and educational activities that enriched the day with knowledge and exchanging experiences.
